MAKING A PURCHASE ONLINE

We carry stock of most of our collections. Some pieces such as rings are made to order, and will be ready for you within 4-6 weeks, subject to change. If you are buying for a special occasion or with a date in mind, contact us as far in advance as you can to ensure we can deliver for your special occasion.

PRICES & TAX

All our prices online are listed without tax (VAT) to see the rates proceed to checkout where your taxes will be calculated.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Items listed as made to order, have a delivery times of 4-6 weeks, subject to change. Please note that all orders placed on www.beabondworld.com will ship directly from Belgium.

We we will send you shipping confirmation, then please allow 3-5 working days to receive your package.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

Shipping costs may vary according to your country starting from 20EUR for Europe and 30EUR for UK.

To see the shipping costs to your country please proceed to checkout. If your order is urgent let us know. We are a small company and pride ourselves on a personal service so we will be happy to offer alternative shipping options for you.

All orders are shipped fully insured and securely with DHL.

For all Non-EU orders local customs, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price.


RETURNS

We want happy customers!

In order to make an exchange or return, goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, in a saleable condition, with labels intact and accompanied by the purchase invoice. We must receive the goods within 14 days of the purchase date.

​Items must be returned unworn in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges

When we receive your items we will process refunds immediately, but please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account. We will be happy to refund you the amount you paid for the items but not the postage to or from our offices.

​If you have worn the goods or if they have been damaged after purchase then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange them.

To return or exchange goods please contact us first you will then receive instructions via email. Please not send anything without contacting us first.

Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for another item or credit note. Unfortunately we cannot cover cost of returns unless item is faulty. 

Please note Beabond does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

When not wearing your jewellery store it in a soft pouch or soft lined jewellery box, this helps prevent scratching. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with a silver or gold polishing cloth.

We recommend removing your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays as these can damage precious gemstones and metals.

Extra care is required for vermeil jewellery to avoid excessive wear and tear on the plating; remove rings when washing hands or moisturising, gardening, doing DIY, cleaning, swimming, and sports.

WHAT IS VERMEIL?

Vermeil pronounce ver - may, not to be confused with regular gold plating, our vermeil is a thick layer of 18k solid gold on sterling silver.
